Supervisor - Gaming Marketing Services

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our Gaming Marketing Services team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, an upcoming integrated resort in the UAE. The role ensures that all marketing activities for gaming comply with regulations while delivering engaging experiences for VIP and mass‑market players.

Key responsibilities

• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: guarantee marketing actions meet UAE gaming laws, GCGRA regulations, licensing conditions and internal controls; enforce responsible gaming principles; support audits and regulator inquiries.
• Marketing Services & Player Engagement: supervise daily gaming marketing operations, monitor telemarketing scripts, eligibility rules and access controls; oversee VIP and premium player interactions under AML/KYC protocols.
• Operational Coordination: align marketing activities with floor operations, coordinate with Player/Business Development, Hotel Operations, F&B, Transportation and Gaming teams; manage staffing levels and operational risks.
• Reporting & Controls: prepare accurate reports on player engagement, service utilization, incidents and exclusions; maintain audit‑ready documentation for regulators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in gaming or hotel reservation environments, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience working with VIP and mass‑market players under controlled conditions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA property management system.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
