Supplier Performance Senior Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a senior leader to drive its Supplier Performance function across a portfolio of world‑class attractions. The role will shape strategy, governance and data‑driven improvement for all suppliers, ensuring contractual and service‑level expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern a company‑wide supplier performance methodology, including tiered risk models and review cadence aligned to category strategy.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with suppliers and internal stakeholders, tracking corrective actions and feeding performance data into sourcing, renewal and exit decisions.
• Establish supplier segmentation and governance for strategic, critical, high‑risk and tactical suppliers.
• Create feedback loops to address process issues, payment delays and usability gaps, enhancing the overall supplier experience.
• Own end‑to‑end digital supplier registration and onboarding, leveraging Oracle Fusion to streamline PR‑to‑PO cycles and reduce onboarding bottlenecks.
• Develop leadership dashboards and governance forums that link supplier performance directly to compliance and sourcing decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in supplier performance, procurement operations or related supply‑chain functions.
• Proven track record of building and governing performance frameworks at enterprise scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvement plans.
