Supply Chain Director

About the role

Our client, a leading player in the lighting and building technologies sector, is looking for a senior Supply Chain Director to design and run an end‑to‑end supply organisation across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and export markets. The role will ensure that customer orders are transformed into correctly priced, quality‑controlled and deliverable products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integrated functions of procurement, pricing, supplier coordination, supplier quality, production planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Develop and execute the company’s supply chain strategy in line with business plans and the CEO’s objectives.
• Maintain pricing control, product master‑data governance and support sales, estimation and engineering teams.
• Oversee regional warehouse and supply activities, including coordination with Saudi Arabia.
• Identify supply risks, create mitigation and contingency plans, and manage working capital efficiently.
• Own and maintain the Master List Price and ensure disciplined pricing‑control processes.
• Lead the Procurement Manager and related functions, ensuring document control and market‑specific procurement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in lighting, building technologies or related industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional supply organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop supply plans supporting regional growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, engineering, finance and operations.
