Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will manage end‑to‑end inbound fulfilment for Kreol Travel Retail’s distribution business in Dubai. The role ensures accurate forecasting, efficient freight management, timely order processing and compliance with supplier agreements while maintaining optimal inventory health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound supply chain operations for assigned vendors, including forecasting, demand planning and order placement.
• Negotiate freight rates with forwarders across air, sea and road, and select the most efficient route‑to‑market for each shipment.
• Maintain freight contracts, rate cards and transit time benchmarks, and track shipments end‑to‑end.
• Maintain a central tracker of supplier agreements, rebates and deductions, and coordinate with Finance for timely claims and payments.
• Monitor daily inventory levels, stock ageing and implement corrective actions for slow‑moving items.
• Ensure suppliers meet lead times, minimum order quantities, shelf‑life and contractual terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong coordination skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, finance and warehouse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Attention to detail for documentation, tracking and audit requirements.
