Supply Chain Manager - Asset And Inventory

About the role

PXGEO, a subsea solutions provider, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager – Asset and Inventory to lead the effective management of equipment assets in the marine seismic survey industry. Based in Dubai, the role ensures assets are accurately tracked, optimally utilized, and strategically managed to support operational efficiency and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a long‑term Strategic Asset Management Plan aligned with business strategy.
• Document the asset portfolio, including types, criticality, and lifecycle stage.
• Support decisions on acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans for each asset class.
• Establish an Asset Management System framework covering policies, processes, and governance.
• Integrate asset management with quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
• Create tools to monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, reliability, utilization, and lifecycle costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams to ensure safe and sustainable asset lifecycle management.
