Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations across our Dubai hub and the wider MEA region. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, inventory planning and overall procurement performance while ensuring quality and operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify product and service needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including pre‑qualification, tendering, contract preparation and supplier negotiations.
• Lead and supervise a team of buyers across multiple departments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and cost efficiency.
• Develop and enforce risk‑management policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 70% of the time to support and visit company‑operated branches in the MEA region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, especially with rotating and drilling equipment, machine shops or oil equipment manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, financial and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, networking and communication abilities.
