Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee warehouse, distribution, fleet, and logistics operations across the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will lead large multicultural teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure high service standards throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution processes, including inbound, storage, picking, dispatch, and last‑mile delivery.
• Manage large‑scale warehouse space, resources, and manpower while ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance and order accuracy.
• Optimize fleet, driver, and transportation operations to achieve strong OTIF performance.
• Develop route‑optimization strategies and manage relationships with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, collaborate with demand & supply planning, and reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, order accuracy, backorders, delivery delays, and warehouse throughput.
• Lead a workforce of 50+ employees, set performance standards, and foster a safety‑focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC warehousing, transportation, and safety regulations for FMCG and chemical products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution operations.
• Proven experience in FMCG or chemical product handling.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multicultural teams.
