Supply Chain Planner – UAE

About the role

As a Supply Chain Category Planner for the UAE market, you will drive strategy and operational excellence across Dyson’s supply chain, ensuring products and parts are delivered on time and cost‑effectively. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain MEA, you will own market performance, manage partnerships and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet cost, quality, availability and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead demand forecasting and supply management for spare parts, ensuring reliable fulfilment.
• Analyse spend data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and champion continuous improvement.
• Optimise inventory across sites, channels and markets, resolving supply challenges and avoiding excess stock.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and transactions in internal systems.
• Track key KPIs, provide insights to leadership and shape the category’s future direction.
• Collaborate with market functions to support product launches, range changes and new supplier integration.
• Deploy Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, category management or procurement, preferably with components.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven record of cost savings and process improvements.
• Experience managing external partners on a global scale and driving category growth.
• Project‑management capability and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with continuous‑improvement frameworks and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
