Supply Chain Process Automation Intern

About the role

The Gulf Supply Chain Process Automation Intern will join the Emerging Markets Regional Demand & Supply team in Dubai. Reporting to the Gulf Supply Chain Manager, the intern will support end‑to‑end supply chain orchestration across Gulf markets by automating processes and reports, leveraging AI where appropriate, and simplifying workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in‑market planners with recurring tasks to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
• Prepare analytics, maintain action trackers, and support scenario planning aligned with Integrated Business Planning rhythms.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as stock‑outs, service levels, OTIF, inventory health, and forecast quality.
• Drive process and report automation to reduce manual effort and improve data visibility.
• Provide clear insights to enable faster, more reliable decision‑making.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a university program related to supply chain, logistics, engineering, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
