Supply Chain Procurement Manager – Windows Laptops

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager – Windows Laptops to join our procurement team in Dubai. This hands‑on commercial role requires deep knowledge of the Windows laptop market and proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, distribution or wholesale trading of laptops.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Windows laptop product category, identifying new suppliers and distribution channels.
• Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, MOQs and commercial conditions.
• Monitor market prices, stock levels, new product releases and price movements across regions.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Analyze category profitability and identify margin‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in laptops, IT hardware, consumer electronics, distribution or procurement.
• Proven experience with the Windows laptop category and strong knowledge of major brands and distributors.
• Existing supplier contacts in Dubai, Asia or the US.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and commercial analysis skills.
• Understanding of international logistics, Incoterms and import/export processes.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
