About the role
The Support Officer will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth internal processes and high‑quality service delivery within Dubai Municipality.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, coordinate and follow up on suggestions, complaints, reports and grievances to achieve timely resolutions.
- Prepare analytical and periodic performance reports covering outcomes and key activities.
- Support the rollout of communication and stakeholder‑engagement plans.
- Coordinate meetings, document minutes and track decisions and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence in line with established procedures.
- Contribute to the creation and update of internal guidelines and awareness materials.
- Assist knowledge‑management activities such as documentation, classification and archiving.
- Provide general administrative and office support, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management or a related field (or a diploma with at least 3 years experience, or high‑school with at least 6 years experience).
- Strong organisational, reporting and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
- Commitment to service quality and operational excellence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using administrative systems.
