Survey Analyst

About the role

The Survey Analyst will ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable customer survey data for Keolis‑MHI’s Dubai Metro and Tram operations. Reporting to the Performance Manager, the role tracks, validates, and interprets RTA survey results and key performance indicators, turning data into insights that drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Business Strategy & Performance in defining the RTA survey strategy and KPI framework.
• Analyse trends, produce recommendations, and support performance insight reporting for strategic decisions.
• Develop visualisations and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools to monitor performance.
• Ensure survey‑related KPIs are measured accurately for contractual penalties and incentives.
• Prepare and present performance reports for internal, client, and RTA meetings.
• Collaborate with department heads and data owners to guarantee data accuracy.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in data analysis, survey reporting, or performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
