Surveying Manager – Construction Projects (Dubai & Latvia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Surveying Manager to lead all surveying and measurement activities for our construction projects in Dubai and Latvia. The role involves planning, coordinating and supervising site‑based surveying teams to ensure accurate setting‑out, leveling, and as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all surveying and measurement works on site.
• Plan and coordinate setting‑out, leveling, alignment and positioning activities.
• Ensure surveying complies with approved drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Oversee topographical and as‑built surveys, verify coordinates, elevations and control points.
• Monitor and validate earthwork and excavation quantities.
• Coordinate surveying tasks with civil, architectural, MEP and technical office teams.
• Lead, train and evaluate survey engineers and field crews.
• Review and approve survey data, drawings, reports and measurement records.
• Maintain, calibrate and ensure proper use of surveying equipment.
• Support preparation and verification of progress measurements, quantity calculations and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Geodetic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years total professional experience, with at least 10 years in construction.
• Extensive experience in large‑scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate surveying teams.
• Strong command of English; Arabic, Russian or additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work abroad with no restrictions for Dubai or Latvia.
• Leadership, planning, problem‑solving and site coordination skills.
