Surveyor – Residential Valuations

About the role

The Surveyor will deliver residential property valuations for loan security and financial reporting, supporting a diverse client base that includes banks, corporations, private wealth customers and government departments. This role sits within Savills’ high‑performing valuations team, offering exposure to a wide portfolio of residential assets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations for land, apartments and villas, covering existing properties, new developments and assets under construction.
• Manage the full valuation cycle from site inspection to final report, including analysis, client meetings and presentations.
• Gather and analyse market data from internal and external sources to maintain up‑to‑date valuation databases.
• Collaborate with research, valuation and other departments to provide market intelligence.
• Prepare high‑quality reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate and manage valuation instructions, meeting turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop relationships with companies, institutions and stakeholders to promote the firm’s capabilities and generate new business.
• Contribute to fee income in line with targets set by the line manager.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in property valuations, with at least one year focused on residential valuations.
• Actively working towards the APC with the aim of achieving RICS or AssocRICS membership, or already qualified as MRICS/AssocRICS.
• RERA‑registered Valuer status is highly desirable for candidates based in Dubai.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet deadlines.
