System Coordinator – Customer Service

About the role

The System Coordinator – Customer Service will ensure smooth operation of field‑sales and customer‑service applications and their integration with SAP within the Sales & Distribution domain. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams and external vendors to keep transactional flows accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for field‑sales tools, journey‑plan updates and OTP generation.
• Handle consumer‑app CRM cases and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor SAP‑SD integration, track EDI/IDOC failures and guarantee successful posting.
• Maintain trade‑deal data, pricing and promotion accuracy in SAP and related systems.
• Identify, report and follow up on IT issues, supporting UAT for system enhancements.
• Create purchase requisitions, generate vendor payment references and coordinate vendor‑related projects.
• Manage SMS sub‑account operations for marketing and transactional messaging.
• Coordinate communication between system controllers, customer‑service supervisors, branch teams, IT and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
• 3–4 years of experience in store‑keeping, retail or customer‑service environments.
• Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams.

Required skills

• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) support.
• EDI / IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting.
• CRM support for consumer applications.
• Vendor coordination and IT issue tracking.
• Experience with SMS messaging platforms.
