Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how the tool fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback on user experience to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
