Talent Acquisition Executive – Education

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive – Education will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for teaching and non‑teaching positions within GEMS School Management. You will partner with internal stakeholders, build talent pipelines and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted recruiting strategies for a variety of education roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and essential skills.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct interviews, check references and coordinate offers.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using social media, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Represent GEMS at recruitment fairs, university events and other talent‑attraction activities.
• Partner with colleges and universities to source new graduates for teaching positions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local labour laws and national regulations.
• Provide excellent service to both internal stakeholders and candidates, acting as an ambassador for GEMS Education values.
• Track all candidates in the ATS and produce regular recruitment metrics reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of experience in internal talent acquisition or a recruitment agency.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through training and feedback.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
