Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for DHL UAE, ensuring a seamless experience for hosted employees while supporting the company’s Emiratization goals. This position combines strategic planning, process automation, and strong stakeholder management to drive efficient hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and visa processing.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for hosted employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding workflows.
• Generate and analyse recruitment metrics, presenting insights to senior management.
• Maintain continuous improvement initiatives to keep processes agile and effective.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a logistics or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, visa procedures, and Emiratization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment KPIs.
