Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Areen East & West (AEW) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Dubai. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of functions, ensuring the right talent is attracted, assessed and hired efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from understanding manpower needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fit against position requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Prepare and manage job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Support offer preparation, salary alignment and candidate negotiations in coordination with HR management.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and vacancy trackers.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and handover of selected candidates to the HR team.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness and employer visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies independently.
• Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of the UAE employment market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial mindset and ability to understand different business functions.
