About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions in Dubai. As the first TA hire in the region, you will shape the recruitment strategy and help scale the company’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a focus on technology positions.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to move quickly, solve hiring challenges, and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• Drive a fast, high‑quality hiring process while continuously improving the candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market insights to refine hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions, especially tech roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excitement about establishing and scaling the company in a new market.
• Fluent in the local language.
