Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Teltonika Networks is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment across the Middle East, Africa, and India. Based in Dubai, you will own a fast‑growing talent function, supporting the company’s IoT expansion and partnering with regional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika’s growth objectives.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple locations, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the regional Talent Acquisition team.
• Identify emerging recruitment trends and integrate best practices.
• Continuously analyse and improve recruitment workflows to meet hiring targets.
• Collaborate with global hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
• Ensure a professional, engaging candidate experience and promote the employee value proposition.
• Use data analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning and business expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑growing, multi‑country environment.
