Talent Acquisition Manager – Deeptech (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for a fast‑growing deep‑tech company in Dubai. You will shape the company’s DNA by building a high‑trust, scalable hiring engine that attracts top talent globally while protecting our culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute talent strategy, workforce planning and hiring priorities for technical and commercial teams.
• Source, recruit and close candidates across EMEA, APAC and the US, managing remote and relocation processes.
• Partner with hiring managers, run structured intakes, and keep hiring decisions moving efficiently.
• Design and maintain interview frameworks, scorecards, offer strategies and debrief processes.
• Lead employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to showcase the company story.
• Collaborate with internal and external TA teams on tools, reporting and pipeline alignment.
• Manage, coach and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring quality and performance standards.
• Use data‑driven metrics to monitor pipeline health, time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, TA Lead or Senior Recruiter with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background hiring for deep‑tech, AI, data, engineering or similarly complex roles.
• Demonstrated success in international recruitment across multiple regions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge vague briefs and maintain hiring rigor.
• Passion for culture‑add, bar‑raising hiring and developing junior recruiters.
