Talent Acquisition Manager – International & Joint Ventures

About the role

EDGE is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment delivery across its international offices and strategic joint‑venture portfolio. The role acts as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, ensuring high‑quality talent pipelines, excellent candidate experiences, and robust recruitment governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned international locations and joint ventures.
• Partner with business leaders to define workforce requirements and develop hiring plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding, ensuring compliance with EDGE policies and audit controls.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify risks or bottlenecks, and maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Drive adherence to Service Level Agreements, recruitment governance standards, and internal mobility processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialist, critical, and hard‑to‑fill positions using internal talent pools, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, and market mapping techniques.
• Oversee agency relationships and ensure optimal utilisation of external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a talent advisor to senior business leaders.
• Experience managing recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and external recruitment partners.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Track record of delivering hiring plans on time and meeting quality metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with talent communities, executive search firms, and market mapping techniques.
