Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead Group-wide Recruitment

About the role

Michael Page is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its group‑wide recruitment function in Dubai. You will shape recruitment strategies, oversee governance, and drive hiring for senior and specialist positions while building a high‑performing in‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment governance, ensuring compliance and best‑practice processes.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate service agreements.
• Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for senior and specialist roles across multiple functions.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing internal recruitment team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record recruiting across diverse business areas.
• Experience in leadership, managerial and specialist recruitment.
• Demonstrated capability in managing agencies and developing internal recruitment capacity.
• Background in large organisations, conglomerates or complex environments is a plus.
