Talent Acquisition – Overseas & Bulk

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead overseas and bulk hiring campaigns for a leading shipping and logistics company in Dubai. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across Asia, Africa and other international locations, ensuring the right talent is secured for technical, operational and professional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume overseas and bulk hiring projects.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates for technical, operational and professional positions.
• Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities and project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in high‑volume overseas recruitment, preferably across Asia and Africa.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
