Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Services

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full recruitment life‑cycle for Al‑Futtaim Group’s corporate services divisions. Working closely with business leaders and HR partners, you will ensure the organisation attracts and hires the right talent to support growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units in manpower planning and develop hiring plans aligned with budgeted needs.
• Interact with line managers to understand recruitment requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes – attract, source, select, and coordinate offers.
• Provide market mapping data and insights on current talent trends.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels including careers sites, social media, job boards, head‑hunting and LinkedIn.
• Organise assessment centres, open days and talent‑pool initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of each recruitment stage and maintain merit‑based decision records.
• Conduct reference checks and final candidate validation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with business leaders.
• Excellent understanding of market trends and talent mapping techniques.
• Ability to educate and guide hiring managers on assessment tools and interview best practices.
