Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Real Estate

About the role

MARE Properties is looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its fast‑growing real‑estate operations in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
• Draft and publish clear job descriptions, maintain an organized applicant tracking system, and keep recruitment metrics up to date.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines for critical roles, and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with fair, inclusive and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles, preferably in real‑estate or professional services.
• Strong written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using online job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
