Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager - Real Estate

About the role

EGRE is an international real estate brokerage and advisory firm with operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and five offices in China. It is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager to lead its in-house recruitment function, which is not a conventional HR administration role. The role focuses on expanding the Dubai and Abu Dhabi sales teams and building a steady pipeline of experienced real estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting: proactively approach experienced real estate agents in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, use LinkedIn, professional networks and referrals, and build a structured candidate database
• Recruitment management: run the full cycle from screening and interviews to offers and onboarding, coordinate interviews with senior management and follow up with candidates
• Recruitment strategy: run targeted campaigns, build referral networks, track conversion rates and offers, and produce weekly pipeline reports for senior management
• Employer branding: explain the company's platform, commission opportunities and support to prospective consultants, and help shape a positive candidate experience

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the UAE
• Previous experience recruiting real estate agents in Dubai is strongly preferred
• Ability to source candidates directly, not just through job applications
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate, commission-based brokerage environment
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines, interviews, offers and follow-ups
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills, able to handle several vacancies at once
• Comfortable working to clear recruitment KPIs

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems or equivalent tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
