About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for PureHealth Research in Abu Dhabi, partnering with senior leaders to attract high‑calibre talent for critical and leadership positions. The role blends executive‑search expertise with modern, AI‑enabled sourcing tools to deliver strategic hiring solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance, ensuring compliance with UAE employment law.
• Act as an internal executive‑search partner, proactively sourcing, engaging and assessing candidates for critical and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles, develop targeted recruitment strategies and provide market intelligence.
• Utilise AI‑enabled recruitment technology for sourcing, candidate assessment and market mapping while maintaining high quality standards.
• Coordinate interview and assessment processes, delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers in line with internal compensation frameworks and company policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, including executive‑search or agency work combined with in‑house recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting and apply interview and evaluation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR policies.
