Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its portfolio of world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. The role will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop tailored hiring strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage top‑tier talent across job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a dynamic talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, multi‑stage interviews, reference checks and offer negotiations.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Apply assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Champion employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing and social media campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruitment within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and align talent acquisition with business objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Data‑driven mindset to analyse hiring metrics and optimise processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms and professional networking sites for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and interview techniques.
