About the role

IND Global Realty, one of Dubai's fastest‑growing real estate firms, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and strengthen the team that will drive its next phase of growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to attract top‑performing brokers and sales consultants in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and recruit high‑performing brokers and sales consultants.
• Manage the full hiring cycle from talent pipeline development to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to align recruitment efforts with aggressive growth targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in real estate or sales.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, and adept at building relationships.
