Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Robot24 is launching a global robotics news platform and needs a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build its recruitment engine. Based in JLT, Dubai, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process across technology, media, creative, operations and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer for a variety of roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks and hiring standards.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring priorities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and offer management.
• Track recruitment metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, creative, digital or business roles.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience building or refining recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
