Talent Acquisition Specialist – UAE

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the United Arab Emirates and focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a company operating in aerospace, marine and motors sectors. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead sourcing, interviewing, hiring and employer‑branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual workforce plans with senior management aligned to business expansion in aerospace, marine and motors projects.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and salary benchmarking to anticipate talent trends.
• Create and maintain talent pools for niche technical roles across all departments.
• Organise and attend industry‑specific career fairs, technical conferences and recruitment drives locally and internationally.
• Manage digital recruitment campaigns and social‑media branding to showcase innovation.
• Design technical assessment tools and structured panel interviews ensuring fairness and technical validity.
• Oversee expatriate recruitment, relocation and onboarding for international hires.
• Advise line managers on job descriptions, competency frameworks and interview techniques.
• Provide strategic input on talent availability, cost implications and recruitment risks.
• Coordinate onboarding, develop induction programmes for engineers and monitor early performance.
• Promote diversity in hiring and partner with universities and technical institutes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in full‑life‑cycle recruitment, preferably in highly technical industries.
• Proven ability to develop workforce plans and conduct market analysis.
• Experience managing employer‑branding initiatives and digital recruitment campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including advising hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
