About the role
The Talent Pool Program is a 12-month, full-time graduate pathway designed exclusively for UAE nationals. Participants are hired as permanent employees from day one and placed in a department that matches their academic background.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in on-the-job training and practical projects within the assigned department.
- Receive mentorship and professional development support throughout the program.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Relevant academic qualification aligned with the chosen department.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of AED 10,000 during the 12-month program.
- After successful completion, salary increases to AED 14,000 with standard working hours (8 am‑5 pm).
