Key responsibilities

• Build high‑signal candidate pipelines that prioritize quality over volume.
• Identify real performers by looking beyond polished profiles.
• Screen candidates for evidence of output, ownership, and impact.
• Present candidates through clear, decision‑ready briefs.
• Drive hiring processes forward with speed and precision.
• Remove friction and continuously improve the recruitment funnel.

Required profile

• Strong execution discipline and ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to judge candidates beyond their CVs, focusing on tangible results.
