About the role

Louis Vuitton is launching the TAQADOM Retail Program, a 24‑month structured learning journey designed exclusively for UAE nationals. As a trainee you will rotate through key retail functions, gaining hands‑on experience in client service, sales, store operations and brand representation while developing the skills needed to become a future retail leader.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a 24‑month program comprising three 8‑month rotations across core retail areas.
• Deliver best‑in‑class client service, advising customers on product ranges and meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
• Represent the brand with strong product knowledge and professional grooming standards.
• Collaborate with store teams, contributing to daily operations and store initiatives during each rotation.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid UAE passport and family book.
• Passionate about retail with a client‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working across diverse retail settings.
