Tax & Banking Consultant for Contemporary Art Gallery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax & Banking Consultant to join our international contemporary art gallery in Dubai. The role involves coordinating financial, banking and tax‑related activities that support the gallery’s operations and its global network of artists, collectors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support banking and financial coordination activities related to gallery operations.
• Assist with tax‑related administrative and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with banks, external advisors and internal teams.
• Support financial and operational activities connected to international art transactions.
• Assist with reporting, compliance and organisational activities.
• Facilitate communication related to financial and banking operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in tax, banking, finance, accounting or related consulting roles.
• Experience in international business, luxury, art or related sectors is a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Professional communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work in a structured, international environment with attention to detail and discretion.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage.
