Tax Executive

About the role

The Tax Executive will join the Group’s Tax & Compliance function, providing support across tax compliance, reporting and advisory activities as well as corporate insurance administration. This position offers direct exposure to UAE corporate tax, VAT and GCC tax regulations, enabling the incumbent to develop a solid understanding of regional tax frameworks while ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. The role is based within the Group’s regional headquarters and works closely with tax advisors and finance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax and VAT returns for the Group.
• Support the compilation of tax reports and the analysis of tax positions.
• Contribute to advisory projects related to tax planning and compliance.
• Coordinate corporate insurance administration and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in UAE and GCC tax legislation and communicate implications to the team.
• Ensure all tax and insurance activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate tax documentation and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in finance, accounting, tax or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning of tax regulations.
