Tax Manager – UAE Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead the tax function for Mira Construction’s real‑estate development activities in the UAE. The role involves ensuring full compliance with UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations while supporting international tax matters across our portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UAE corporate tax calculations, filings and ongoing compliance.
• Oversee VAT compliance, returns, assessments and related matters.
• Advise on tax implications of real‑estate acquisitions, developments, investments, disposals and other transactions.
• Provide support on international tax issues and cross‑border transactions.
• Develop tax‑efficient structures and assist with tax planning initiatives.
• Monitor changes in UAE and international tax legislation and assess business impact.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, legal advisors and tax authorities.
• Handle tax audits, assessments, queries and correspondence with authorities.
• Identify tax risks, maintain appropriate controls and documentation.
• Prepare tax advice and reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in UAE real‑estate development or related real‑estate environment.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CTA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
