Tax Manager – UAE (Tax Structuring & Advisory)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax structuring, cross‑border tax planning and UAE corporate tax advisory initiatives. The role will involve designing efficient tax structures, supporting group reorganisations and ensuring compliance with UAE and international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and advise on UAE and international tax structuring opportunities.
• Design tax‑efficient structures for holding companies, family offices, investment vehicles and regional entities.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and business expansions with tax impact assessments.
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation and permanent establishment risk.
• Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, regulators and legal teams.
• Participate in tax due‑diligence projects and transaction advisory assignments.
• Monitor developments in UAE corporate tax and international legislation and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics or Law.
• 6–10 years of tax experience, with at least 3 years in UAE tax advisory or structuring.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, international tax principles and transfer pricing.
• Experience in M&A, transaction tax exposure and GCC regional tax matters.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CTA or ADIT are preferred.
