About the role
The Teacher Assistant will support early childhood learning at Greenopia Eco Preschool, fostering a playful and engaging environment for young children. The role requires a genuine enthusiasm for learning through play and a strong ability to connect with both children and their families, while helping maintain a safe and organized classroom.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering daily classroom activities.
- Support children during play and learning sessions, ensuring safety and participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on children’s progress.
Required profile
- Holder of a CASHE Level 2 Diploma, or a university degree in education, or at least two years’ experience in early childhood education.
- Highly passionate and enthusiastic about learning and play.
- Strong rapport with children and genuine enjoyment of being around them.
- Confident in communicating with parents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
