Teaching Assistant

About the role

North London Collegiate School International in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant classroom environment. The role begins as soon as possible on a fixed‑term basis and offers the chance to support high‑achieving students in a globally recognised educational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in preparing lesson materials and resources.
• Support students during individual and group activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress, help with assessments, and provide feedback under the teacher’s guidance.
• Supervise students during breaks, excursions, and extracurricular events.
• Maintain classroom organization, including record‑keeping and equipment management.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience working with school‑age children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural classroom setting.
