Team Lead – Junior Supervisor (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Lead (Junior Supervisor) to manage the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned food & beverage or guest‑facing area within a luxury hospitality environment. The role focuses on delivering consistent high‑end service standards while developing a motivated frontline team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the designated F&B/guest‑facing area, ensuring luxury service standards are met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, enforcing SOPs, grooming, and service standards.
• Monitor guest interactions, address feedback, complaints, and drive service recovery.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Allocate daily tasks, track team performance, and support achievement of operational KPIs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in hotel or F&B operations with prior supervisory or team‑lead exposure.
• Background in a luxury or high‑end hospitality setting is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards, F&B operations, and hotel procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a frontline team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Greek, Portuguese, Chinese, or Japanese).
