Team Lead - Sales

About the role

Bayut.com, a leading online property marketplace in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage its sales team in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi cluster. You will drive performance, coach account managers and hunters, and ensure the team meets its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of Sales Account Managers and Hunters to achieve area targets.
• Set monthly targets for new and existing business and monitor performance.
• Track and maintain records of team sales, payments and account reviews.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching of sales staff.
• Provide feedback to marketing, operations and tech teams to improve product effectiveness.
• Collect customer and market insights and channel them internally.
• Verify agency data, analyse growth opportunities and allocate new agencies to the team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with competitor offerings and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or classified platforms.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
