Team Lead / Supervisor – Dubai – Arabic Speaking – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, hands‑on Team Lead / Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a busy children’s play and entertainment venue in Dubai. The role combines front‑of‑house leadership with oversight of food & beverage services, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the play area and associated F&B facilities.
• Lead, motivate and support front‑of‑house, play‑area and F&B team members.
• Allocate staff, manage breaks, shifts and operational coverage.
• Maintain service standards, food presentation, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety procedures.
• Monitor venue and café cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure children’s safety procedures and venue rules are followed.
• Support birthday parties, events, group bookings and other activities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock monitoring and reporting shortages.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations and daily sales procedures.
• Assist management with staff training, onboarding and performance coaching.
• Implement company policies, SOPs and service standards consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a family‑entertainment or hospitality setting.
• Fluent Arabic speaking.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
