Team Leader – Civil Condition Assessment

About the role

The Team Leader – Civil will head the field inspection team responsible for civil condition assessments at ADNOC gas facilities. This role ensures that all inspection activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and Bureau Veritas procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily civil condition assessment activities, planning and coordinating inspections according to the project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with approved methodologies, manage permits, logistics and resolve operational issues on site.
• Oversee visual inspections of civil and structural assets, verify defect identification, classification and documentation.
• Coordinate field measurements, surveys, concrete investigations and sampling, recording findings on approved digital forms.
• Supervise engineers, inspectors and technicians, allocate work, provide technical guidance and conduct daily coordination meetings.
• Enforce ADNOC HSE requirements, verify risk assessments, method statements, JSA and permit‑to‑work compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Maintain quality standards by reviewing inspection records, photographs and reports for completeness and technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading field inspection teams for civil condition assessments.
• Familiarity with ADNOC engineering standards and Bureau Veritas inspection procedures.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment and permit‑to‑work processes.
• Ability to manage daily operations, logistics and team productivity on offshore/industrial sites.
