Team Leader Fixed Assets And Project Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee our Fixed Assets and Project Accounts function. You will guide a dedicated team, ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management and seamless project capitalization across international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Fixed Assets & Projects team in adding, retiring, and reconciling assets.
• Manage project capitalization, prepaid reconciliation, and recovery activities for international sites.
• Support global locations in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion processes.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for Fixed Assets & Projects.
• Close audit points, reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance or accounting teams, preferably in banking.
• Strong knowledge of fixed‑asset accounting, project accounting, and audit closure.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders and drive system implementations.
