Team Leader – Front Services

About the role

Atlantis The Palm Dubai is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its Front Services team at Atlantis, The Royal. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will lead a high‑performing front‑of‑house team, ensuring every guest receives a five‑star experience in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the Front Services team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in daily operations and decision‑making.
• Train colleagues on technical procedures and service standards to meet internationally recognised five‑star criteria.
• Monitor and optimise service provider utilisation, health and safety compliance.
• Handle guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all operational processes align with brand standards and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality or guest‑facing role.
• Strong passion for guest service and a visible front‑of‑house presence.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to teach and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven leadership experience in a luxury or high‑volume environment.
