About the role

This full-time Team Leader Mortgage Advisor role oversees a team of mortgage advisors, including senior advisors, to meet individual and collective sales targets. The leader will manage daily operations, provide training and mentorship, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Guide and motivate a team of mortgage advisors to achieve sales and client-service goals.
Manage day-to-day team operations, training, and compliance with lending regulations.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and performance optimisation.
Source new business and meet personal and team revenue targets.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in mortgage advisory with a proven sales record.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in mortgage or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
