Team Leader – Terminal Operations (Zakher)

About the role

The Team Leader – Terminal Operations will supervise and manage all supply‑chain activities at the Zakher terminal, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, overseeing inventory, and coordinating with multiple internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily terminal supply operations, including product receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly demand plans with Retail, Corporate and Aviation sales teams.
• Ensure quality control of ground products and JET A1 in line with ADNOC specifications.
• Manage control‑room staff schedules, training and performance.
• Oversee pipeline and marine product transfers, ensuring proper documentation and safety procedures.
• Maintain fire‑fighting facilities, conduct regular inspections and staff training.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust targets as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to keep handling facilities compliant with corporate standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising terminal or similar supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality control and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Ability to lead a multi‑disciplinary team and manage shift rosters.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with refinery, marine and internal departments.
